Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Velvet Valley Coffee, we are committed to delivering your favorite coffee products safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days

  • Remote Areas, North-East States, Jammu & Kashmir, and certain rural locations: 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Partners

We ship our products through trusted courier and logistics partners across India to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

Velvet Valley Coffee shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transportation issues, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the designated courier partner within the stated processing period.

Delivery Address

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.

Velvet Valley Coffee will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹600.

  • Orders below ₹600 may attract a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Remote Area Surcharge

Certain remote locations, North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and other difficult-to-service regions may incur additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be communicated to the customer before order dispatch.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged product, a missing item, or an incorrect product in your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package before opening.
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The product received
    • Any visible damage or issue

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or investigation. After reviewing the provided evidence, Velvet Valley Coffee will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at our sole discretion.

Velvet Valley Coffee reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted after the specified reporting period.
